Firstly you need to register online (till March 5st). Programme Committee chooses the participants from all applicants in week time after deadline. You will be sent a notification of acceptance by email.
Why do I need to submit full paper?
The hard-copy of all conference proceedings will be published. We include only works that were confirmed by personal presence of the author. Every participant providing a report will receive a copy of the proceedings.
Do I need to stay all five days?
We expect all participants to be active during the whole conference. If your papers were accepted but you did not come to the conference you won't be considered as a participant.
Do I need to inform about my arrival details?
We strongly appreciate you to do this, so we can make sure you will have fast and safe transfer to university.
What shall I do if I need some additional official documents?
Simply ask us in advance to prepare all papers you need (invitation letters etc.), we will do our best to supply all needed documents.
How should I write conference paper?
Your conference paper should be written in accordance to rules. These are written and illustrated in the : templates.
